Real Madrid want PSG midfielder Adrien Rabiot to be their long-term replacement for Luka Modric, according to Don Balon .
Madrid are already planning Modric's succession at Santiago Bernabeu, with the Croatia international set to turn 33 next year. Rabiot is one of club president Florentino Perez's main targets, along with Tottenham attacker Dele Alli.
